There has to be a point at which we give up hope for the worst cases. I can't imagine anyone who regularly posts at the DUmpster being rational, logical, or open to a different brand of thinking. Rational people, I would think, would want to keep from associating with lunacy like this, and would see the core DUmmie as we do.

Life is too short to do more than browse that cesspool.

Oh, I don't know. I've made over 3500 posts there, far more than on Free Republic. Why I haven't been banned yet, I do not know, although I have posted my rules for trolling and remaining unbanned in other editions of The DUmmie FUnnies. They work. In fact, I was involved in a major flam fest just the other day, and am still unbanned.

At this time I would like to add a new one. Never respond to any calling out as a FReeper troll. It only gives them another chance to question you.

I don't dive as deep as PJ does, but lighting a lamp of reason in the moral & intellectual darkness that is DU gives me a certain satisfaction and the hope that I can eventually crack the stubborn ignorance of one or two of them. Also, I like getting their goats.
