It is chicken soaked in Jerk sauce. Jerk sauce consists of spices mainly from Jamaica. There is a way to prepare it. Takes about three days. I had a good helping of it late this afternoon. And you know what? I already WANT more!!!
Hmmm...will have to google a recipe. I'm sure there must be a lot of them out on the Web.
PJ - you're in South Florida and make Jerk chicken?!? Is it so hot that your eyes water, your face turns red and all you can drink is water - but it's so damn good you can't stop eating it?? If so, please let me know when you make it again, and invite me! I'm down here in S FL too, and haven't had good jerk in a long time!
