You've already been told why Condi is the logical best choice. Policies, name recognition, strategic demographics. The article adds a good one - "incumbency factor." Bayourod (iirc) raises some very good pragmatic considerations, but stopped short of answering his own questions... seems to me that Condi fits HIS bill quite nicely, regarding organizational fit et al.

What are her policies? Seems to me that most people support her "just because".
