As you can tell from the twinkle in his eyes and his ever moving eyebrows, Li’l Beaver is a rather impish critter. And today Li’l Beaver decided to smoke out a Rat by the name of William Rivers (Pied Piper) Pitt. Ever since Andy Stephenson’s operation yesterday at Johns Hopkins, there has been a blanket of silence in Dummieland thrown over the fact of whether or not he had surgery for Pancreatic Cancer. Every mention of “pancreatic cancer” in DUmmieland has been instantly deleted and thrown down the Memory Pitt by Skinner. Fortunately, a few such deleted posts have been preserved on the DUmmie FUnnies Free Republic thread for posterity. Meanwhile, Skinner’s STONEWALLING partner, Pied Piper Pitt, has maintained an eerie silence over the exact nature of Andy’s surgery. One would have expected that today Pitt would have POSTED something in his Blog about Andy but NO. Instead Pitt posted the usual Leftist bilge without the SLIGHTEST MENTION of Andy despite the fact that he finally completed his surgery. That is, Pitt didn’t mention Andy UNTIL Li’l Beaver set fire to Pitt’s Blog with his ever present cigar. Suddently Pitt’s Blog received more attention than ever before. Unfortunately for Pitt all the posts were requests that he come clean about the fact that he was shilling for weeks for an unnecessary Johns Hopkins operation for Andy. Yes, Andy could have gotten his surgery performed in Washington state but that would have precluded raising funds for which NO ACCOUNTABILITY was given in DUmmieland while Skinner sat helplessly by while the scam was being perpetrated. So since yesterday’s operation the words “Pancreatic Cancer” have become verboten in DUmmieWorld. However, thanx to Li’l Beaver’s successful effort to smoke out the one who spouts constantly with thesaurus inspired bloviations, Pitt has broken from the DUmmie game plan and flat out declared his unsupported belief in the pancreatic cancer scenario as you can see in his whining DUmmie THREAD whiningly titled, “My blog is under assault by the graveyard rats.” So let us now observe Pied Piper Pitt dashing from the heat of his Blog as he coughs up his latest erroneous Andy proclamation in Bolshevik Red while the commentary of your humble correspondent, dining on smoked rat, is in the [brackets]:

Update on the Andy Stephenson situation

[Actually there was NO update from you, Pitt, until you were SMOKED OUT.]

Yesterday, Andy went into surgery to remove his tumor. The surgery lasted 7.5 hours, and thankfully all of the tumor was extracted. The doctors also removed half of his pancreas. The tumor itself has been sent to a pathology lab to determine exactly what kind of cancer this was, which means Andy is not out of the woods yet. The cancer could be one of two kinds, and forgive me for not knowing the terms. One kind will mean Andy is looking at good health, and one kind means he will be facing more trouble in the future. We all have our fingers crossed for that pathology report, which should come sometime next week.

I would like to take a moment now to speak a bit about the graveyard rats that have infested this blog….

If you scroll through the other blog posts here, you’ll see a bunch of empty entries by someone named ‘Anonymous.’ Before I cleaned up, these were posts left behind by ghouls who have stapled their reputations to the conspiracy theory that Andy did not have cancer and was scamming. They have been pushing this idea for weeks, and have only recently been forced to deal with the fact that their lies and unutterably disgusting motives have been exposed.

[“Ghouls” that broke through the DUmmie inspired blanket of silence as to the nature of Andy’s surgery. BTW, how do you even know whether or not Andy is scamming since you have NO INFORMATION as to how much Andy took in for his PANCREATIC CANCER operation. Since Andy’s pleas, aided by your cheerleading, appeared on over a hundred websites, those funds should add up to quite a chunk of change. Of course, you have NO IDEA of just how much that is.]

The confirmation provided by Skinner, administrator of DemocraticUnderground, the documentation I have seen with my own eyes which put the tab for this surgery at $50,000 and confirms that Andy does have pancreatic cancer, and the conversations I have had with Andy and the others in the hospital have left these graveyard rats standing in the ashes of their own lies.

[Um, actually NO Pitt. There was NO confirmation of pancreatic cancer by Skinner. In fact, not only did Skinner NOT mention pancreatic cancer but ALL REFERENCES to pancreatic cancer were quickly deleted in DUmmieland and tossed down the Memory Pitt. However, it is nice to know that you put your head on the chopping block, ONCE AGAIN, with your misinformed declaration that Andy had pancreatic cancer.]

This won’t stop them, though. I will delete any trolling they do in other threads here, but I will leave what they post in this one alone. You will get the chance to see what true wretchedness looks like when they post here, and they will, because their shabby reputations are in ruins and they stand today in disgrace.

I deleted the posts in the other threads because they were off-topic. It does serve a purpose. It creates a billboard for why we have to win. Right now, the sentiments in that post are the ruling mindset of this country.

Well, I've certainly been accused of worse! This is just like the tag teaming they do when someone at DU asks for accountability. One person pounds the rebel sheep for a while until she can't keep her arguments coherent and less shrewish, then a new one comes to take his/her place...or add some new info that supposed to satisfy the "nicely corraled" sheep who MIGHT be looking over the fence at rebel sheep and wondering if the grass isn't greener on her side. Sometimes, it's even enough to satisfy the disbeliever and sometimes they have to send in another...maybe with "new & improved" info, maybe just to bash the rebel some more...and remind the flock that those who don't go along are outed and ostracized (notice, too the welcoming process when someone finally gives in...it's like a cult).

Well, that was nice of Toasted Head to overflatter me; I checked, because I'm still confused about how the site works, and every time I check something I learn a little more.

Two nights ago, some friends and I started putting together a plan--a la Karl Rove--to, instead of having DUMMIE ALERT!s posted here on Free Republic's dime (and involuntarily causing Free Republic some jitters), to offering it (free) as a public service, via one's e-mail.

Sort of the "joke of the day before breakfast" or "joke of the day upon arriving at work" sort of deal; something like CNN news alerts.

But I am hesitant about this because, while my character and motives are above reproach (I think), some might suspect it is a scheme to collect e-mail addresses for marketing purposes (Viagra, Nigerian scams, work-at-home frauds, whatnot).

So I am still up in the air about what to do with the DUMMIE ALERT!s. This world of the internet is so confusing to me, because my primary "communication" has to be face-to-face, in person.

Maybe DUMMIE ALERT!s could be sent recipients by Western Union telegram; I do not know.

I got a chuckle out of being accused of being the "prime investigator" in what the Grand DUmbo "Skinner" calls "the Andy Situation;" I am the sort of person (really) who has a problem finding the shoelace-rack in a shoe-store.

A modest cheerleader, perhaps, in this endeavor to help make the world a safer, more decent, more civilized place, but hardly any "investigator."

Ah, but madam, you are making that assertion that this "Kiwi" on CU is a man, based upon an anomaly--the use of the phrase "a Johns Hopkins man."

Not normally a term used by a hip, trendy, cool, with it, chick--but there is other vocabularial evidence betraying that this "Kiwi" on CU is female.

So I am thinking perhaps a 10% chance this "Kiwi" is male, 90% probability this "Kiwi" is female, based upon the total vocabularial evidence, not just on one phrase which might be an exception.

I think your "Dummie Alerts" are vital to these threads. Let's us know what's coming or what's being looked at. I, too, am not computer/internet savvy. I wouldn't mind being emailed. I wouldn't know how to get the alerts out. Unless someone here had a blog or website that you could access and post them. I don't know if that would cost the person extra. Not familiar with bandwidth etc.

My problem with this whole deal is timing.

When what the Grand DUmbo "Skinner" calls "the Andy situation" first began, I figured it was merely my civic duty to "monitor" "the Andy situation," so as to make this nation a safer and more-civilized place.

I am no libertarian; I believe there should be laws protecting the child-like, the innocent, the gullible, the naive, the vulnerable, the incapable, the incompetent, the DUmmies, so as to keep them from getting ripped off, and that such laws should be enforced vigorously.

I work in accounting, and independently, which means I determine when I work. So I quit putting in a few hours here-and-there every day, to just jamming it all in over the weekends, so I could "monitor" "the Andy situation" at least 24 hours a day 4 days of the week, and 6-12 hours a day the other 3 days of the week (yes, I have gotten little sleep since April 28, and yes, I look like it).

Well, it has been half a dozen of one thing, six of another thing.

Being absent over the weekends means I start the new week with significant, uh, gaps in my understanding of this story as it unfolds. But on the other hand, if I had not been here 24 hours a day the first four days of the week, I would have missed out on some of the "big stuff."

Well, I'm always open to communicating with, for example, the Grand DUmbo "Skinner" sub rosa, and no one would even know of it.

I think there are many, including some long-time well-established legitimate (but anti-Andyite) members of DUmmieland, who will verify that yes, if asked to keep secrets, I keep secrets.

But you know, I have my doubts about the cerebral level of the Grand DUmbo "Skinner." Up until three weeks ago, I thought of him as a fairly sharp, perceptive, intelligent person.....now I am thinking he is only at my own intellectual level, which is hardly high.

I have been a mole-member of DUmmieland for quite some time now, and even though I stick out like a bison on the prairie, he still cannot find me.

The deal is, myself not being computer-savvy, and not knowing exactly what to do, I NEVER log into DUmmieland from this, my home, computer. I log into the computer in the office (my office, by the way, in case anyone thinks I am computer-surfing on someone else's dime) in a town 12 miles away from here.

Okay, a clue for the Grand DUmmie "Skinner": for whatever reasons (and I honestly do not know), the ISP and ICQ of the computer at the office are non-Nebraska "addresses."

Okay, so by process of elimination, the Grand DUmbo "Skinner" can figure out I do not post in the Empress of DUmmieland's domain from Nebraska. That narrows down the field.

Also, because I am rather routine--almost monotonous--in my interests posted here on Free Republic, I vigorously avoid mentioning such things in DUmmieland, so as to not be detected.

I never mention "Nebraska" or "bison" or "Norway" or "Clare Booth Luce" in my posts in DUmmieland, because I mention them too frequently here, and would be caught out.

A simple process of elimination--a non-Nebraska ICQ and ISP address, and a DUmmie who never mentions Nebraska or bison or Norway or Clare Booth Luce while in DUmmieland.

Surely by that process of elimination, I can be caught out.

Actually, I'm the one that thought it might be male. That "man" just jumped right out at me. Maybe a woman trying to act "macho"...or a guy trying to act like a girl. On DU one never truly knows. The tone kind of changes at that point, though and it seems to get "more" masculine. And I know, DU wimmin are liberated, cool, etc. and using cuss words in every other sentence proves it...I don't know, maybe it's just because I'm used to associating with a different caliber of woman. Most women I know, myself included, don't use cuss words on a regular basis. Me, I save them for when I'm really, really TICKED, then my family knows to stay out of my way, if possible...LOL

I was really falling off the sofa with laughter last night!

It will be even FUNNIER when this goes to trial. I sure hope it is broadcast on Court TV. Imagine the gloomy Pitt having to answer questions about what he REALLY knew (not much) about Scamdy's surgery under oath. I imagine there might even be a chance for YOURS TRULY to be subpoenaed as a witness at such a trial because of the WEALTH of valuable information posted on the DUFU FR threads. If that is the case, I will request that a big screen TV is set up in the courtroom so such posts can be viewed directly on the Web.

HEY! Does anyone out there realize the HISTORIC importance of Andy's forthcoming fraud trial? It will be the first time the internet and specifically BLOGS will be a key part of the trial! The fun part of giving such testimony will be glancing over and seeing just how MISERABLE Pitt and Skinner are feeling in the courtroom. Scamdy himself I am not worried about. I expect Scamdy will be having the time of his life being the center of attention.
