Not surprising. But how does FNC's viewer decline compare to CNN's or MSNBC's?
[yawn]
FNC - still kicking butt and taking names.
I rely on Fox cable news a lot less than before. To much M Jackson and such.
FNC is no longer on in this household...maybe again in the fall of '07/spring of '08 (or fall of '06)....too boring most of the time....

CNN's Crime Week doesn't seem to be getting off to a great start. Larry King's exclusive interview with Robert Blake couldn't break one million viewers and NewsNight's taped CSI special averaged less than 500,000. Additionally, CNBC's Contender repeat and Walmart special beat MSNBC In primetime. The numbers:
Total day:
Total viewers: FNC: 825,000 / CNN: 344,000 / MSNBC: 175,000 / HLN: 173,000 / CNBC: 158,000
25-54 demo: FNC: 289,000 / CNN: 111,000 / HLN: 82,000 / MSNBC: 64,000 / CNBC: 60,000

Total viewers: FNC: 1,588,000 / CNN: 581,000 / CNBC: 314,000 / MSNBC: 288,000 / HLN: 261,000
25-54 demo: FNC: 410,000 / CNBC: 179,000 / CNN: 161,000 / MSNBC: 108,000 / HLN: 92,000
Hourly numbers:

CNN tanking as Fox News surges
...In contrast, Fox News was the only news network on cable to see viewership increases in February, as it outpaced all other cable news companies combined for the sixth straight month. "FNC averaged 1.57 million viewers in primetime, up 18 percent from the same period last year, while CNN fell 21 percent to 637,000 viewers from the same time period," Variety stated. The growth appeared across the board at Fox News:...
- "On the Record With Greta Van Susteren" up 37 percent;
- "Hannity & Colmes" up 19 percent;
- "Special Report With Brit Hume" up 20 percent;
- and "The O'Reilly Factor," up 9 percent.

NEW YORK President Bush's job approval rating dropped to near its lowest point, in the new CNN/USA Today/Gallup poll released Monday.
Forty-six percent of 1,006 adults polled over the weekend said they approved of the overall job Bush is doing. The 46% percent figure is down about 4% points since a poll taken at the beginning of May.
I must be missing something... why should I believe anything that CNN says about Fox?
Ah... flaming trolls smell so sweet....
Check your sources. This is another "pew" funded article. I hope you enjoyed your 15 minutes of fame before you had to go back to du
