I question the timing of this...

Same here.

The original poster was being humorous. The timing of this is more than six months past the election, when springing a "trap" would have done Hanoi Boy some good.

The drumbeat reaches a crescendo and Kerry finally relents - - he "reluctantly" releases all of his records and, whaddaya know, they show he is clean as a whistle. Kerry looks good and his harassers look like chumps, haters, and fools.

ROFL! Clean as a whistle? You can't seriously think that could happen? Maybe if "Hanoi Jane in pants" manages to sneak Sandy Burgler into the Naval Archives... maybe....

John F'n Kerry's days are OVER! He'll dry up and fade away like the lying sack of sh** that he is, and if he ever actually executes form 180 in the manner in which the Swiftees asked him to do a year ago in their news conference, it will be because he managed to destroy incriminating evidence, or that he finally actually believes that he's a hero. (the grub finally ate its way to his brain stem)

We are positive that John Kerry was one of those dishonorably dismissed from the Navy . . .

I spent 20 years in the Army with 17 of that in the Army legal corps, the JAG corps. I have never heard of the "dishonorable dismissal." Officers get one type of discharge. It is called "Dismissal." That comes from a General Courts-Martial conviction. If Kerry was not courts-martialed. Then I don't understand how he could have got this type of discharge. If he did, fine. But, this is strange.

Boston Globe: The caveat emperor (Kerry Signs Form 180)

The caveat emperor

By Joan Vennochi, Globe Columnist

May 24, 2005

During an interview yesterday with Globe editorial writers and columnists, the former Democratic presidential nominee was asked if had signed Form SF 180, authorizing the Department of Defense to grant access to all his military records.

''I have signed it," Kerry said. Then, he added that his staff was ''still going through it" and ''very, very shortly, you will have a chance to see it." ........

After the interview, Kerry's communications director, David Wade, was asked to clarify when Kerry signed SF 180 and when public access would be granted. Kerry drifted over to join the conversation, immediately raising the confusion level. He did not answer the question of when he signed the form or when the entire record will be made public.

Several e-mails later, Wade conveyed the following information: On Friday, May 20, Kerry obtained a copy of Form 180 and signed it. ''The next step is to send it to the Navy, which will happen in the next few days. The Navy will then send out the records," e-mailed Wade......

Thanks so much. You are very courteous to send me this. I had just seen it a few minutes ago in an email that JB Williams sent to me. I started to post it here on FR, when I noticed that it was posted twice, early this morning - and has had about 3,000+ readers between the two posts.

I'm dubious if we'll ever see those records, and if they come out, you can bet your life that they've been scrubbed clean. There is NO WAY that John False Kerry is going to release anything that shows the "rest of the story!" (dishonorable discharge, then pardoned by Jimmy Carter in the general amnesty)!

The only way that we might know what really happened would be for some mole in the Dept. of the Navy to come out and reveal the truth.

Thanks again, Bitt

""* Where is your DD-180 John??? We're still waiting! *""

A couple of hours ago, I heard on Fox News that Kerry will sign - just as soon as he finishes reviewing the form.

Reviewing the Form???? Who is Kerry kidding? Good grief.

Tonkin, if and I've no reason to doubt you, if all you say is true, then someone (s) somewhere knows the truth about Kerry. The question then is, who that someone is and why did they give Kerry a pass IF all these accusations are true. Is there a list of all the people that Jimmy Carter “pardoned”?
