I suggest if you want Greer investigated and impeached, push for a Congressional investigation into Terri's case.

Florida lawmakers will NEVER do this on their own.

I was initially referring to the article at www.theempirejournal.com but I was not allowed to source them due to copyright issues. My title is about TEJ's article which essentially says that Floridians are being ignored on the matter. It's a matter for documentation that the Florida House Judiciary Committee has some flip-floppers in it.

Next time around, it shouldn't be a problem to vote him out but he violated the judicial canons the last election and the JQC didn't do their duty. He'll likely break the law again. He always does.

We are going to get a clearer picture before moving forward but there appears to be a willingness on Tallahassee's part "if Floridians start a Petition drive" re: a Constitutional Amendment or in the alternative, a change in the Florida Statutes.
