Probably a case of mistaken identity. About 4 yrs ago in Boston subway I saw a spitting image of Lord Chief Justice William Rehnquist, while the actual Lord Chief Justice was at the time in DC. These things happen.
BTW, how could the author of that DU baboonery "debate[d] saying something"? With whom? Split personality?
