Uh oh... Now Barbara's talking Deperate Housewives.

Former first lady Barbara Bush introduced the former presidents, acknowledging that her husband and his political rival are an odd coupling. She admitted she's since decided to allow Clinton to refer to her as "Mom."

"We have been hearing a lot about them recently," Barbara Bush said. "Forget about Tom Cruise and whoever he is dating now. Forget about the desperate housewives. Everyone is talking about the odd couple, George and Bill - or as I now call him, 'Son.'"

I think this quote is pretty funny: "Every family has one, the wayward son who drifts off the political reservation," Clinton said, later joking that Bush is the one who jumps out of airplanes while he checks into hospitals."

I just saw it on MSNBC; it's hilarious.

If anybody is interested, MSNBC is running a segment on Olbermann's show with 41 and 42, which runs this clip of Mrs. Bush.

It was very entertaining.

Ha, I heard this clip earlier today.

So much for Barbara being upset with Laura for her jokes (as IF! LOL).

The last remark was in reference to being called "The Odd Couple"......she asked him which was Felix and which was Oscar and Clinton made that remark.

Barbara is my favorite first lady. She calls them as she sees them.

I can't believe I'm saying this - but that Clinton quote is actually funny.
