I have a nephew thats 22 that knows everything already, and he's a Demwit to the core right now. My wife and I, and his parents, and his grandparents, keep telling him that he'll grow out of it someday and he just can't stand that.

I have to laugh that he gets so mad when we tell him that. You can visibly tell that he's trying not to lose his cool like when he was 6 and you told him he couldn't have another cookie because it would spoil his dinner.

He's just a Dem really because he knows it gets him attention, and he feels like he's not being taken seriously. I play on that all the time. If he's in my house I tell him he has to go sit in the corner if he wants to spew Demwit garbage.

My 11 year old even asks "Why would he want to be a Democrat?" in the same manner you would ask someone "Why would he purposely hit himself in the nose with a hammer?"

I drive around with an HRC sticker on my car and am very open and loud about my support for GLBT rights.

Yeah... like that takes guts. Try being a libertarian, arguing in support of gay marriage on FreeRepublic....

And to "them" that means I might as well BE one of them. Fine by me if they want to lump me in. The people I am working for/defending are far nicer and more trustworthy anyway.

Mind you, 99% of the responses I get from Freepers when I argue in favor of gay marriage are polite, even in disagreement. When I argue, for example, against gun control with leftists, I end up with leftists hoping my kids get shot to teach me a lesson.

Ah, there it comes out. As I have said before, the real driving force animating the DUmmies is their hatred of Christianity. Even when the topic is something else--hating Republicans, say--the DUmmies will get around to their favorite object of hate, namely, Christians/Christianity/God. It's something you can count on--that, and their filthy language.
