Lucianne.com What happened to its volume? {vanity)

I use to frequent Lucianne.com several times a day before discovering Free Republic. I was banned from the site a couple of years ago for a reason I thought was pretty silly. I directed a disparaging comment towards the staff for what I thought was a very insensitive comment they added under a headline on a "Must Read" article. The next day I found that I was unable to log on.
My question, has anyone else noticed that activity and new articles posted on that site have slowed down a great deal? I like Lucianne Goldberg but I have a feeling her editors and "PC" interns have done serious damage to what used to be an excellent news forum.

*I'M* an 'oldtimer, and remember how VICIOUS some FReepers were towards Lucianne and Drudge FOR NO GOOD REASON, and I remember how they attacked without pause anyone who defended them.
I'm not real happy with her site's mods and their ever-shifting rules, but I'll be damned if I let a statement like yours go by without correction.
*I* started going to her site because I was disgusted with the vile manner in which so-called conservatives trumped up accusations against those who tried to talk reasonably TO and ABOUT Jim, Lucianne, and Matt, to name a few. Apparently, one wasn't conservative if they weren't bashing someone who didnt fit the mold.

Bullshit. Sell it elsewhere. I was here. I witnessed it, step by slimy step.
Don't know who you think you're putting one over on, but not here, slick.

First of all, SIR, I am a FEMALE ~ thanks for asking btw! ~ and secondly, there was a power outage on FR a couple of years back. I dont remember the circumstances, but JimRob fixed it and most everyone was able to get back in...albeit under different names. I used to be 'YrWorship" here too but lost that username in the event I was talking about. There were ugly ungracious hateful people then who made life real unpleasant for people who were otherwise very supportive of Jim etc. I dont know the entire story behind her disagreement with Jim, but it certainly didnt warrant the attacks she recieved from some of the posters. At least SHE did the classy thing and took her business elsewhere and now SHE controls the strings.
I was there, and for a while, was ashamed to be called a FReeper.

Like I said, I have not even bothered to log in there for quite a while, but I like the headlines and snappy comments in the Must Read section and the pic of the day is usually cool. I have not spent much time there since I discovered FR, but I still make quick visits most days and I do keep an eye out for anything Lucianne writes herself - she is quite sharp.

I used to go there on a regular basis a couple years ago. I was never banned, but I knew of many who were. I gave up going there when they got too boring for me. Haven't been there in forever. It wasn't even worth my while to say "bye". (If FR is down, I don't even bother with Lucianne. Google News gives me headlines.)

I understand Lucianne also gets all bent out of shape if anyone posts graphics - that is one instance where FR shines
I recall when she had a record number of hits just when unusually good graphics were posted there and she started started screaming about excessive bandwidth costs -
Lucianne cannot have it both ways - brag about traffic and then step on those who helped create the traffic - and her problems there are of her own creation -
That and her strange stranglehold on LDotters comments and "oddball" registration policies - no way to build a great site or have any real credibility -
LDot also has a cheesy website software setup - very vunerable to all sorts of unprotected mischief -
I received an email earlier today from an LDotter who was put off by Lucianne`s blocking of and comments about Terri Shiavo - and the email mentioned LDot has a large exodus of members as a result -
Not "banned" -
Just "leaving" LDot -

Reaching way back here. It seems I recall something about Lucianne.com and FR
having some commonality? Didn't she post here and left
and started Lucianne.com?

Lucianne was "Trixie" on FR
Not up on the details and intrigue
Lots of new sites out there now but FR is still top dog yet gets along with most of them "Rathergate" is a great example of sites working together and cooperating to produce real results
Passion and talent in one area do not always translate into a viable business or project
I see no logic to shooting yourself in the foot
Ego can seldom improve your efforts

Spare me, missy. I was here. I saw it all......up close and personal. It was orchestrated all to hell, and Lucianne did a lousy job of covering up that fact.
Secondly, I am not in the habit of asking poster's gender. Get over it.

This article might be of interest to Floridians:
11th Circuit Upholds Fla. Law Barring Ex-Felons From Voting.
In a 10-2 ruling Tuesday, the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals upheld an 1868 Florida law that generally bars convicted felons from voting even after they've finished serving their prison sentences. The decision widens a split of opinion among federal appellate courts across the country and could set the stage for the U.S. Supreme Court to resolve the issue.
Hasta la vista Hitlery...

I saw that - critical state - about 73% of ex-cons illegally voted for algore in 2000
Lots of illegal aliens voted too - idiots even talked to media and let them take photos
Some can still file for voting rights but few do
Jeb sez if they don't it's tough

"Spare me missy" "spare me missy" "spare me missy" "spare me missy".
You should be in the habit. It saves you the embarrassment of assumptions...unless you LIKE looking like...well, an ASSumption
I hope this is the only place you spew your bitterness. JimRob seems to have moved on. Lucianne seems to have moved on. Why don't you?
Im not in the habit of sparring with people who have nothing but ugliness to spread, so I'll make this my last post to you.

It doesn't just stop there in Florida. If Hitlery had it her way, she would have con voting boothes nation wide in state and federal prisons. Aren't the DumoRats innovative, or what?
