Processing any milk kills it and that is why it is full of artificial vitamins when you buy it.
The health food stores did sell it, but it has been years since I looked.
The lady here 20 years ago, would keep me posted on her 2 daughters, that were raised on my goat milk. She owned the Health Food Store.
Last I knew they were lovely young ladies, in college.
If I wanted to make a recipe and didn't use goat milk, I would use Carnation canned milk, as it is in the can, it is very rich.

That is what I use for making chocolates.
I'm determined now to find a source for goat milk.
