Great show. It's funny, Moore comes off as a liberal here, but my take is that BG is essentially neocon in its politics.

FYI moderators -- feel free to move this. I thought it pertained to foreign affairs / war on terror in the sense that BG has played out, explicitly, as a fictionalized account of modern terrorism problems. But I understand if y'all disagree.

I am so damn tired of our nation's political system being described as a DEMOCRACY that I could frag the frakkers.

I especially love the "FEAR GEORGE BUSH" spew vis a vis "ILLEGAL COMBATANTS". The same person would most likely say that FDR was the greatest President of the 20th Century!!

So far all Ron Moore has done is reimage it into a steaming pile that makes the original look great.

He's working all the angles to breathe some kind of life into his reimaging, but even Olmos has seen the hook coming, and asked to be written off the turkey.

I've watched just to LOL at all the screwups, and if you have to ask what screwups? You haven't been paying attention.

By the way, speaking of the politics of the show, has anyone else noticed that their President's first and last names closely match the first names of the current and a former First Lady? Not that they're suggesting anything...
