(of course this is because a judge threw out a Revenue Canada claim a few years ago based on delay and acquiescence, LOL)
you know when i found out about Adscam at first i was tempted to start a movement for all Canadians to stop remitting any taxes to Ottawa until all the Adscam money was paid back in full
then I thought, after the feds stiffed Ontario in the last budget, cool, how about all Ontarians just send all the tax money directly to Dalton until our budget deficit is taken care of....oh and someone provided a to the penny accounting of why the Gun Registry cost a Billion dollars and it hasn't even registered most of the guns in Canada, the legal ones that is and when someone finds the $1 billion dollars missing from Human Resources
I suggested it to Dalton but i see he has no chutzpah, not like Danny Williams, LOL
