Some blame Michael Schiavo, Felos the legal ghoul, and Judge Greer.
Others pin the blame on Jeb Bush.
I choose the former. You're entitled to your opinion.

Greer, Felos, and MShiavo are the murderers in conspiracy.
Jeb is an enabler -- who had the power and the authority and the aegis to stop this.

Personally I lay the blame on them all,Michael Schiavo, Felos the legal ghoul, and Judge Greer for their "Death Culture" and Jeb for his absolutely idiotic stunt of holding a press conference to tell the world that he was going to go in and get Terri instead of doing it and then holding the news conference.
That stunt alone let the world know just what Jeb was, a true politician. That press conference will be the undoing of Jeb just as Terri's death will be the undoing of the Death Trio.

The question is not who is responsible for her death. The question is who could have saved her but didn't. Rightly or wrongly, those politicians who did not save her will forever be seen as calculating, untrustworthy, and even cowardly.
