Howad Kurtz is a fantastic writer for the Washington Post, and his latest piece on washingtonpost.com is a winner. Howard took a look at a study financed by the conservative Randolph Foundation that reported that about seventy percent of teachers at US colleges and univetsities are liberal, and around fifteen percent say they are conservative. The picture is even worse at the elitist halls of academia, where almost ninety percent are liberal.
When Kurtz asked the director of academic freedom and tenure for the American Association of University Professors about the figures, this is what Jonathan Knight had to say, "It's hard to see that these liberal views cut very deeply into the education of students. In fact, a number of studies show the core values that students bring into the university are not very much altered by being in college." The reason why so many students 'core values' are not comprimised in college is that they have been spoon fed liberalism from K-12.

Probably to instill their OWN liberal teachers

He is an MSM apologist and supposed media critic. How one can be an objective critic while having a show on CNN is one of those conflict-of-interest situations that only Kofi Annan can rationalize.
By the time they get there they already have 13 years of NEA/PBS crap stuffed into their skulls.
