Fair enough.....i wasn't sure. I thought maybe if it was in your own yard, not theirs. I would have a problem with that anyway, since I should be able to have almsot any type of sign on MY personal property.
But there isn't anything wrong with handing out information about this creep to your neighbors, is there?

If it is for informative purposes, I do not think so. Each state is different. I just know I saw a case on the news a while ago where the sex offender was able to sue his neighbors for harassment.
