I would put a sign in MY yard reading "A convicted child molester lives here ----->" obviously with a sign pointing towards his house. I don't think that would be illegal.

The sign is considered harassment in many states. And most of the web site make you agree that you will not use the info for harassment purposes. I would be careful with that. Not that the pervert doesn't deserve it.
