I'd like to make it clear that those are Koerner's comments up above, not mine.

You can see the ACLU and AMNESTY INTERNATIONAL in Florida were busily supporting the judiciary, their favorite branch of government in 2000.

Koerner, of Amnesty International, attempts to prop up the courts by smearing Jeb Bush as a supporter of repression, discrimination, extermination, hate, elitism, power, oppression and racism. She describes legislators as predators.

There are three articles at that web page, which discuss their view of the power fight between the courts and Jeb Bush and the Legislature.

In 1999, Euthanasia advocate Gerald Kogan, who was the Former Chief Justice of the Florida State Supreme Court, was given an award (and a !!!dinner!!!) by the ACLU
