I feel for Rehnquist and his illness. Does he realize that a lot of throat cancer patients require feeding tubes? Does he realize the left would then call for his death. I know you cannot base personal feelings on a court decision. But, it makes you think.
They are not free from interference on issues DIRECTLY addressed by the U.S. Constitution. No state shall deprive a citizen of LIFE, liberty or property without due process of law. Liberals use that to mean that the federal courts can rule on pornography, sodomy, abortion and many other things not mentioned -- liberty being defined as license. Life is CLEARLY mentioned, but somehow they can't see that it applies.
