Very interesting.
I live in NJ, where the infamous Charles Cullen is from. My brothers went to grade school with him and his sister was a classmate of mine. Where did he first get the idea that people do not want to "suffer" and that he was going to make it easier for them to die with dignity? How did he kill so many people, for so many years, and get away with it? Perhaps it was so common to see these people die from drug overdoses and lots of people in the medical field looked the other way. Charles Cullen is also accused of killing my friends dad. He went in the hospital and never came back out. Charles Cullen saw to that!
Is there a way to make sure that somone who dies in a hospital is autopsied? Do we as citizens have right to demand it for a loved one?
Life/Death ping.
I don't know about most jurisdictions, but I would hope the following rules apply everywhere. I would also hope that they would be upheld.
Michael Schiavo has announced plans to have Terri's body cremated immediately upon her death. The Medical Examiner has the authority to order an autopsy if foul play is suspected. If he waits until after her body has been cremated, it will obviously be too late. Contact him now.

I have heard of any public Official from dog catcher to leglislator come out against Michael on this matter.
That tells me that they support what he is doing.
It is my opinion that Michael has just committed the perfect murder. Better than that, he had had the State do his dirty work.
But I still maintain that the real issue in this case was, could the court[s]order an individual that has never been convicted of a crime put to death and get away with it. Soon, history will tell us that they can and did.
And they succeeded beyon their wildest expectations. Not only did they succeed in having an innocent person tortured to death, they were cheered on rabidly by[according to the main stream media polls] by a large segment of the population of the United States.
Another thing that warmed their cockles was that those of us that tried to prevent this were thoruhhly demonized and with a little tweaking by the mainstream media, this demonization will be turned unto rabid hatered.
In short, we have became the good Germans of the '30s. Upon command from the State we will cheerfully turn over to the State our "Jews". Our "Jews" will be whoever the State decides is its next enemy. The infirm, the crippled, the disabled, the old, those unable to work any longer.....
Eventually even those who are foaming at the mouth with glee that this is happening will fit into a category to be exterminated. Only it won't be as funny to them then as it is now.

Very interesting. Thanks for the ping, friend.
Thank you, Robert.
Yes.
MOre for him and also actions for others:
OK....let me clarify this a bit.
Where does it state under the Governors job and duty allowances that HE has the power to override the courts decisions? I understand and know all the statute and violations that has occured to Terri...believe me, its horrific. WHat I want to know is where exactly is it outlined that the Governor can physically take custody of Terri from the state court and the supreme courts rulings> Does that make sense?
It seems a lot of blame is going out to Jeb Bush on "not doing something". WHat I want to find is the PROOF that indeed he has the ability to go in and take claim to Terri. That is what I need. Please provide if you can. Dont send me all the statutes of what laws were broke in regards to Terri's rulings....we already know that. Hope this makes sense. Thanks, Cyndi

We need no-kill human hospitals like no-kill animal shelters.
VOICE - He's lying. No Sandman ever ran.
2ND VOICE - You don't run. You kill runners. You have killed runners all your life.
LOGAN - Yes I have. Now it's my turn. And I want to live.
A most interesting read! And the website it comes from is informative as well. At the end of the web page the webmaster says something the post did not include:
"Christine said that the US Comgress should not only have subpoened Terri Schiavo as a witness, it should also have placed her in the Witness Protection Program."
If they had done that, it might have worked. The outcry would have been quite loud by all the pro-euthanasia front men. And the congressmen responsible would have been subject to career problems all of a sudden. Look at the backlash that is coming even from the limited action they did take.
Thanks for posting this most important article.
Rarely do people under the direct care of a physician at the time of their death get autopsied.
