"I believe Terri should be save, but not by a police state!"

Then don't allow the police state to deny her own parents to bring her water. . .

Judges aren't supposed to create a police-state environment such as at the hospice, yet they have, and THEIR police state is trumping ALL legitimate law and legitimate exercice of power to save her . . . out of deference to judicial "Law" and policing. We should follow "law" that they make up as they go along, but the Congress and President, who are responsible for legislating and enforcing law, should NOT be able to?

The tyranny of unelected judges is more to be feared than that of ELECTED representatives -- which is why they are elected!

The Consititution did NOT give judges the power they have appropriated and continue to advance -- as everyone seems so willing to defer to the "Law" as the judges see or make it -- but not as anyone else does.

I agree with you totally!

In addition to the judges, you should also point a guilty finger at out-of-control media!
