In a few weeks the Senate will vote on changing the filibuster rule.

They've been threatening since April of 2003 and still haven't. What day is this?

Democrats begin filibuster against Estrada - Feb. 13, 2003.

Pubbies have allowed this to continue, now for 768 days.

[But whose counting? This will all change at the next election, or the next or maybe the next. Maybe by '08 the Pubbies will finally have a majority -- but it will take them another decade to figure out what to do with it. lol]

'08 is five years too late. This coming failure by Frist and the "majority" will doom them to insignificance.
