Stand up and be counted!
Check out this site: www.marchforterri.org
Sorry, didn't go to the site. However, the folks calling into Michael Savage are talking about going to FL tonight or tomorrow. Is this part of the same thing? Is there going to be a groundswell of Americans taking a stand?
This is just not possible for teh majority of people. We need to do something where we ALL are heard and seen..and I have no clue what that could be.
I agree. The outrage at this travesty is building to the boiling point. I am listening to Rush, Laura and to Jackie Mason on wabcradio today, and they are all just beyond rage about this. They reflect the views of millions of people in this country, in my opinion.
There is very little time left to act and vent our rage. Like you, I'm not sure what to do. Demonstrations in every major city? Might be the only means left.
You know you're in the minority on this, don't you?
People should start a boycott of Florida. Hit them where it hurts.
1. Lobby for U.S. Marshals to take Terri into protective custody as a congressional witness.
2. Lobby for impeachment of the Clintonbot judge by Congress for his willful refusal to conduct a de novo review of the case.
3. Vote early and vote often to remove the death advocates from office.
.
TERRI = Breathes, Eats, Speaks / MICHAEL = "When is this B-TCH gonna die?"

And the cell phone drivers in their Volvos on the interstates.
Yep, you're right. It'll be a cold day in hell when I donate any more money to help Florida rebuild after yet another hurricane - no offense to you folks in Fla. who are praying for and supportive of Terri.
I'm just so frustrated. Other than praying and calling courts there is NOTHING I can do for her. Someone needs to ACT and HELP her!
I surely hope so.
Demonstrations in every major city? Might be the only means left
Yes, what else is there to do besides pray? I'd be happy to assemble in support of Terri & in opposition to these horrible judges. Those of us who support Terri's right to care need to be out front and center. It's just not enough for me to vent and listen and feel so much sadness. Voting is a given, however voting is not going to help Terri Schiavo today or tomorrow. Anyone with any suggestions for organizing in the NYC area? Just don't quite know how to go about this.
I know exactly what you mean. There is so little time left, anything done for Terri has to be soon.
"Demonstrations in every major city? Might be the only means left."
Too late.
Only a massive active showing of the people at the hospice can save Terri.
The politicians and the parties cannot be trusted. They've been lulling and stalling us until it was too late. Today may already be too late as hours and not days are of the essence now. So, stop seeking a political solution to a human issue. You can't solve a problem with the same minds that created the problem in the first place.
There are times when action must be let loose from its bounds. This is one of those times.
God bless Terri and her loving parents and siblings. And God bless those who fought to save her life.
The struggle continues...
You have it as "amrchforterri.org"
and it should be:
"marchforterri.org"
I told admin moderator about it -- only easy way to fix that...
