sigh. Some people can't even communicate without vulgarity or vicious insults. Pal, no one forces you to attend the postings on this board. No one insists that you acquire membership. The owner of this board has strong (correct) opinions regarding the political dramas unfolding worldwide and/or the moral/religious values presented by the American people. Thus he started a forum in which to express himself and converse with others of the same ilk. Maybe even have a little fun in the process. Unfortunately, he did not do all this with you in mind. Strange as it may seem. Odd as it may come across. Amazing as it may appear, YOU were not his priority. It is his forum. You don't like his rules, take your teddy bear and go home.

After settling down and reading the entire thread including ZM's post, I'm thinking he was fired upon without review (so many trolls, so little time, dontcha know), but poster made two errors. One, not a clear post. Can't tell who's side he's on, who he's defending, who he's attacking, or even what point he making. Two. Hostile. but I ceased posting when Freerepublic.com founder Jim Robinson first began censoring and banning members for any criticism of George Bush.

Well, I suppose my posting history is proof that Henrietta Bowman doesn't know what she's talking about.
Of course, my formula for longevity has two major ingredients:

• As a true conservative, I only express my legitimate issue-based grieviences with tha Bush Administration. I do NOT stoop to utilizing the fabricated slander that is concocted by the left-wing whacknuts.
• I also do NOT hold JimRob responsible for the opinions expressed by others on this forum. Nor do I utilize his forum to launch personal attacks against him. It's JimRob's forum and JimRob's rules. He has the absolute right to ban anybody he wants for any reason he wants. As his guest, I have no problem with that whatsoever. It makes no sense to whine and pee on the carpet. If he were running for office, or was a political appointee, it might be different. But when it comes down to it, he's just a guy who lives in Fresno who operates a website.

Good grief, whiners like Henrietta Bowman need to get a new life.

I assume he will go to another site and be equally shocked at another banning. First he makes a post with an inflammatory title..then lambasts everyone for not reading his post #1 and misunderstanding him..

Newbies do not have a track record and should know better than to attack those who do.

Had he calmly accepted he's made a mistake not putting a barf alert in the title..all would have been worked out.

I first thought he was the writer of the article,too.

I have an idea this post was more about his being banned there than their hypocrisy about FR's banning posters..

this just isn't true. I have offered some generally positive posts on the guest worker bill, and was lucky to escape with my life. that's not a complaint, by any means, but it happened.

I would hazard to guess that the huge majority of freepers are adamant in their opposition to the guest worker proposal.
