Anyone who thinks this judge is going to order the tube reinserted is deluded.
Another victory for death on the way!

Yep...drawing a Clinton judge for the case will be the end of the road.

"Judge Whittemore's questioning of Gibbs appeared adversarial, though by the end of the plaintiff's half-hour presentation, Whittemore appeared prepared to grant the injuctive relief sought." Of course this is purely speculative on the writers part, I would think he'd have a right to be, since he was in the courtroom. Only time will tell.

This is a clinton appointee, thus he will do absolutely nothing that might hurt the democraps; Terri must be put down because if she should be found more competent than a carrot, the democrats will be standing at the fifty yardline with their cloths in the endzone ... and that is an ugly sight folks. By rushing Terri to cremation, Hillary's stock only rises with brain-dead democrat voters ... [I wonder if Howard 'the duck' Dean likes my borrowing his smear?]

As soon as I heard it was a Clinton judge, I knew it was a lost cause. This whole proceeding has been a disgrace and an outrage.
Constitutional government is supposed to protect innocent life above all else--protect the weak from the depredations of the strong. If not, what's it's freaking purpose??!? If Terri is allowed to be starved to death because, "That's what the law says," then to hell with the "law."
