Breaking: Public urging Gov. Bush to use National Guard to protect Terri Schiavo
The New Tech Diary | 3/18/2005 | 1stFreedom

March 18, 2005 -- New York, NY

People across the nation are contacting the Governor's office encouraging him to utilize the Florida National Guard.

Under provisions of Florida Statute 250.28, the Governor may utilize the guard in order to execute the laws of the state when the local authorities are not able to.

Orders issued by Pinellas Circuit Judge George Greer are in clear violation Article I Section 2 of the Constitution of the State of Florida.

These orders have created confusion as to what course of action is to be taken by local authorities, and has resulted in a resistance to protecting the rights of Terri Schiavo.

Under Florida Statue 250.28, the Governor is given authority to use the National Guard to prevent resistance to the execution of state laws.

Terri needs all the help she can get. Polls show overwhelming support for pulling the plug.

She's not in a vegetative state, that's one of the lies that Michael Shivo keeps spouting. She's just brain damaged, and unable to speak. She still respons to things, moves around, and can communicate in ways similar to a baby.

That's because the polls asked whether a parent or a spouseshould have the rights to speak for the other spouse.

They had better do something. This will only embolden these runaway trains.

No. Do they have her in a hospital, or in a dungeon somewhere?

Personally think she would be better served to have the Feds step in and put her in protective custody outside the State of Florida.

This is not artificial means of survival. She is fed by a tube because her defacto husband refused therapy for her to be able to eat on her own. Do you really think you are coming back from where you are going. Read the bible, when you go you don't get to come back from either place.

> If not in a vegetative state this is murder of course. But I think she is in a vegetative state per articles I have read.

Sounds like you haven't read the full range of medical articles and commentaries on Terri's situation and case. This article is about the most detailed, explanatory and compelling I've seen: http://www.nationalreview.com/comment/johansen200503160848.asp
The Greer/Felos/HINO triumvar is intent on doing everything and anything it can to pull off a judicially approved civil law execution.

Who gives a crap what polls have to say? If we went by polls, Dr. Tom Coburn wouldn't be in the United States Senate, that slimey RAT Carson would be.

Polls were worthless during the election and are worthless in this case.

Will you people relying on polls for everything wake up?

Newt Gingrich just mentioned something to Hannity about declaring Judge Greer in contempt of Congress.

Rick Santorum will be on soon...
