A DRAFT INITIATIVE/REFERENDUM for discussion and action.
INTRODUCTION:
If Citizens revoke, by whatever means necessary, the authority of Bar Associations to license and revoke licenses of attorneys and judges, those whose licenses the People revoke cannot practice law, cannot sit as judges, right? WE have the power to change things and this might be what needs to be done for a lot of our court officers. Make them directly accountable to the People, swift and sure punishment or continued privilege of license as warranted by (perhaps) direct majority vote. The Liberals want to remove the Electoral College. I say NO, instead, let's shake up the Bar Association monopoly and make THAT Democratic and take back our power. All the petitions, the pleas, all the emails aren't enough. Prayer is a necessity--and so is a strategy against the "evil devices" of the wicked. Plenty of judges are already elected, this is not news. What is "radical" is the shakeup of the "old barrister network" and reclaiming the power by the people. Judge Greer in Florida and SCOTUS need strong medicine. This will read differently in each state, no doubt.
Such Initiatives/Recalls/Referenda may go something like this:
CITIZEN REFERENDUM ENACTING IMMEDIATE POPULAR LICENSING AND BARRING/DISBARRING/RECALL OF ATTORNEYS AND JUDGES
WHEREAS various officers of the Court of _____ (the state of Florida, etc.) have spurned the will of the people and failed to uphold the moral tenets in the U.S. and respective state Constitutions; and
WHEREAS the People are the ultimate human authority, under God, endowed by their Creator with unalienable rights including LIFE, LIBERTY and the PURSUIT of HAPPINESS; and
WHEREAS formerly a Bar Association that respected the sanctity of Human Life has rebelled against God and The People by seeking instead to extinguish Human Life and permitted a rogue judge or rogue judges to continue to practice law or remain on the bench (or, refused to fulfill their Oath of Office in defending the Constitution, refused to serve the Will of the People in upholding the Death Penalty, etc.);
WE THE PEOPLE hereby:
(1) rescind all authority vested in the Clearwater, Florida Bar Association to license, bar or disbar attorneys, judges or any other officers of the Court;
(2) cancel the license of, and void and vacate all orders of Judge Greer pertaining to Mrs. Terri Schaivo effective immediately; (Justices Kennedy, Ginsberg etc. of SCOTUS)
(3) remand her to immediate and permanent custody of her birth parents;
(4) move to create a new process for the prompt popular licensing of attorneys and judges in the state, terms at the pleasure of the people by simple majority vote every two years;
(5) move to explore prosecution under any and all civil and criminal statutes, state and federal, of all persons seeking the starvation death of Mrs. Terri Schiavo, with unspecified damages.
(6) empower (name) ______________ with my personal Limited Power of Attorney in all matters pertaining to this Referendum, until and unless revoked.
I the Undersigned thus Enact this Referendum.

Obviously there are a couple of major different themes and courts referenced. Again, this is a draft, a public brainstorm session, looking forward to some very provocative suggestions and hopefully the fruit of our labor will be something that can be used in Florida, in D.C. and elsewhere. Freepers I am not an attorney, I can only try to think like one. Let's Roll!

SCOTUS...yeah you're right about that... So what other pressure points are there? Congress is specifically supervisory to the inferior federal courts--but not SCOTUS.
But Congress DOES authorize the funds, right? Paid administrative leave? Help me out with some more ideas.....everyone.

Except for treason though? How can we better pressure Congress to impeach? GOP has a (slim) majority....now or never?
Congressmen and other people have been trying for over 200 years to impeach Supreme Court Justices they disliked. I think people tried to impeach John Marshall, the First Chief Justice. No one has even gotten a motion to the floor of the House for consideration. Only 2 or 3 Federal District Judges have ever been impeached and convicted, and one of them, Alcee Hastings is now a member of Congress. No one has ever even succeeded in impeaching a Federal Appellate Judge.
It just isn't gonna happen, put your efforts somewhere they might achieve something.
