I don't understand why Michael should, in case Terri dies, receive the money designated specifically for the care of Terri. That is almost like an inducement to have her killed.

I recall somewhere in the DC area an estranged father killed his child, the child's nurse, and possibly his ex-wife to get at the money awarded for the care of that child.

YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW MUCH YOUR POST RIVETS MY ATTENTION.

Every time I see it...I have to read the report of the numerous crushed, broken bones Terri had suffered WITHOUT MEDICAL HELP.

The vertebra in her back, both upper and lower, the broken ribs, BOTH KNEES, her FEMUR, BOTH ANKLES...............what was Michael DOING TO HER.....this WAS NOT DISCOVERED UNTIL ONE YEAR AFTER HER ACCIDENT.

The doctor said such massive breakage was most likely do to an AUTO ACCIDENT.

But there is NO RECORD OF AN AUTO ACCIDENT.

WHO HAD CONTROL OF TERRI DURING THE FIRST YEAR OF HER ACCIDENT? Or COULD these broken bones have happened on the night of her so called collapse?

And if so.....WHY WAS A BONE SCAN NOT DONE THEN?

And HOW DID MICHAEL SHIAVO KEEP THIS INFORMATION AWAY FROM THE SCHINDLERS FOR TEN YEARS?

And DID THE JURY KNOW OF THESE BROKEN BONES WHEN THEY GAVE MICHAEL THE 1.6 MILLION DOLLARS three years after her accident?
