I ask in reference to Circular #2307 that was issued in the last staff meeting. Sorry about the doughnuts, BTW. We lowly GLG20s were told that we had to request clearance before using Sonic Screwdrivers and Ultrasonice neuralisers. It is those damned dingleberries in Doctrine and Policy Analysis screwing with time-tested protocols again.
