www.Studentsforacademicfreedom.org is a website for a student ridiculed by liberal professor... Lets help Hannity out
Whenever I hear Sean on the radio on 680 now I think, Laura! Isn't she on 620 right now?!
Sean needs some perspective. Compared to the netgroups (especially in the early days), FR is a freakin' tea party. Been on the 'Net for almost twenty years and for my money, the mods on this forum do a very good job maintaining civility without zotting every remotely critical comment.
To quote one of my fave .sigs from many moons ago: "This is the Internet, buckeroo. Wear a cup."
Correct.
Only a licensed Psychiatric MD can make a diagnosis. A counselor can only refer a person for treatment, and not make a formal diagnosis. This may vary from state to state, however.
Good catch.
This little dust up will result in more people signing up at FR, and a boost in the ratings of Sean's radio and TV show.
Isn't there an old saying that goes, "Any publicity is good publicity, just spell my name right?"
www.freerepublic.comma isn't helpful...
Today suddenly Sean became Sean Tancredo on closing the borders
Yet still referred to some mysterious FReepers as making "personal attacks" on him
After all, hiring construction crews of illegal aliens is only "personal" and "private business" -
The Connie Hair and Lucianne diversions did not add up to any apology
Does anyone actually believe Sean has done a quick 180° on illegal aliens and his subliminal Mr. Softee position on immigration?
"Securing our borders is the USA's #1 issue" are words Sean has suddenly taken from Monica Crowley and Michelle Malkin......
Yet even today that thin-skinned "personal attack by some....." blasted back over the airwaves again
"fringe" sounds a lot like "Yaaaaaa!" to me
Once out of the tube......
:~)
Trust me. . .you have not been here long enough to know. . .
. . .so true. . .
Sean brings his personal life to his show everyday. Can you tell me the name of his daughter? I'm just curious.
Could be 'FR' is doing the same. . .
know what?
He praised FR. . .recalled fond memories and friendships; many of which he still maintains and values. . .and yes, he is over the carping - done in his name .
No big Sean fan. . .but do not get why some here have made him a pariah. . .the criticism began here. . .entitlted? Sure. . .but Sean is entitled to respond.
Hate to see FR looking lilke aplace where 'dumb and dumber'. . .intersect. . .because one-line criticisms are cheap; AND easy. . .
lets hankem like with the dude from colorado, hankem with a rope in the town square, hanging is better than swords don't you think, no, I didn't say that did I?, there is alot more to this than just the naive thoughts Americans have about middle easterners, read your history, I have been harping about the mufti and the waffen ss for months, they are here in our colleges, no different from the guy in Iran saying , "death to America" find my lasso, Lassie girl!

Nope. . .do not know the name of his wife either; or his dog. . .or cat. . or his son.
So what? He is a pariah because he does not mention the daughters name. . or acknowledge her existance?
Bahwahhhh!, , ,This is where the criticism of Sean just falls off the chart into someting other than legitimate criticism. . . and falls as well, below FR standards . .
Give me substance. . .!!! Nope. . .not here or in any criticism of Sean, thus far. . .on a thread.
It is a place. . .you've been there, right?
He should have used his big damn mouth for good, not bashing a forum that has been such a huge player in political events for over 7 years --- longer than he has. So some people pissed him off; no reason to whine about it on nationwide radio. He should have debated the issue within the forum with whomever he disagreed, if indeed he WAS a member here.
Well yes, many years ago. But that doesn't have anything to do with my comments.
Negative publicity is good, if only to get more traffic here?
I don't know, that's not what I was saying. But you have a point there only you fail to see the positive side of it. If you read all the threads on this subject and look carefully at all the comments you will see that more positive results are coming out of this "negative publicity" than you realize.
I understand this is quite an emotional issue, but in retrospect a few days down the line I think you will understand my post.
Sean has an audience of millions...
Well Good Grief, so does Free Republic! And FR reaches to places where no one has even heard of Fox news or Sean Hannity.
Do you know that almost 10 million people checked out FR on Nov 2, 2004? I imagine Sean and Rush...or their people...were in that multitude.
