While most political pundits are wrapped around the axle trying to predict whether Hillary Rodham-Clinton will run for President in 2008, there is the very real and growing possibility that she will have an uphill battle to even retain her Senate seat in 2006, and may even have to fight harder than that to stay out of prison.

Rosen's indictment is the culmination of a Judicial Watch civil lawsuit against the Clinton's on behalf of Paul, who has produced documents indicating that both Rosen and Rodham-Clinton were involved in the fraud, and that Hillary was well aware of the under-reporting of campaign expenditures to the FEC. According to Judicial Watch, Rodham-Clinton was personally involved in financial negotiations for Paul in an attempt to lower the costs of the event.
Judicial Watch has never won anything except in the fundraising competition, and for the competition for the amount of lawsuits filed that never went anywhere.
If they're involved it's like the kiss of death for any hopeful outcome.
Hillary will run, however she will not make it past the primaries. She has too much baggage to ever make it through the general election and the Dems know it, aside from that many Dems simply don't like her
And dont forget the cankles and the excessive head bobbing....you know
I hope Hillary runs in 2008. We win that one with both hands tied behind our back.
You couldn't be more right. Besides the lunatic fringe (as represented by DU) has been endlessly complaining about her racing over to the center. These are the people that select candidates in primaries. Hillary is acting too sane for a Democrat presidential candidate.
