Looks like one of the DUmmies actually let the truth slip out. Soak this up people, because this is the true face of the left and of the Democratic party today:
"The Iraq vote is making me sick this morning
All the media keeps talking about is how happy the Iraqis are, how high turnout was, and how "freedom" has spread to Iraq. I had to turn off CNN because they kept focusing on the so-called "voters" and barely mentioned the resistance movements at all. Where are the freedom fighters today? Are their voices silenced because some American puppets cast a few ballots?
I can't believe the Iraqis are buying into this "democracy" bullshit. They have to know that the Americans don't want them to have power, because they know that Bush is in this for the oil, and now that he finally has it he's not going to let it go. This election is a charade. The fact is that the Iraqis have suffered during the past two years more than any people on earth at the hands of the American gestapo. Maybe they're afraid and felt they had to vote. That's the only way I can explain it to myself.
OR--I just thought of this--maybe they're smiling because they're using the Americans own game to defeat them. They're voting in candidates who they know will widen the resistance, take the fight to the streets, and finally drive the occupying forces out of their country. Perhaps they're smiling because--right under the American's noses--they're planting the seeds of a bigger and more effective resistance movement. Wouldn't that be fitting? Use *'s own tools against them?
We can only pray that this is the case. Becuase if it's not--and if the Iraq vote is seen as a success that spread "freedom"--the world is screwed. Bush's inaugural speech left little doubt that he has other countries on his list to spread "freedom" to. They will be his next targets, and the world will burn because of it.
Let's hope the resistance got voted in, or if not, they only increase the fight and take down those who betrayed their country today by voting in this fraud election. "
When you hear the words of Boxer, Ted Kennedy, and their ilk, you read the posts at DU, it all comes down to that passage. This person actually said it, but how many feel this way and won't admit it? If it's a duck, it probably quacks.
The Dems should just drop the charade and make this post their mission statement. The sad thing about it is that, even if that is a troll trying to make them look bad, it describes them perfectly.

Yep, it sure is. Between this and the disgusting display Ted Kennedy put on 2 days before this election, tells us all we need to know about the democrat party.
If you have an ounce of gratitude for this nation and for the freedoms you enjoy here, if you want your children to be able to enjoy the continued blessings of living under our Republic, you can not vote democrat EVER.
Dems do not value freedom , they don't give a rat's a$$ about it, and they are letting it show.
I will never forget all that they have done to undermine our troops , undermine the war effort , bring down troop morale since 9/11. If you'll recall- bloated Kennedy was on the floor of the Senate going on about "they'll(our troops) be coming home in tens of thousands of body bags" and "quagmire" BEFORE the troops were sent to to Afghanistan.
They (rats) have done everything they could to sabotage our efforts, and for what? Their own power.
( Heck, Zarquawi has even quoted rat politicians before beheading hostages. Where do you think he got the term "quagmire" ? Or how about him saying Iraq will be "Viet Nam" for us?)
For the way the democrat party has acted since 9/11 , deliberately trying to harm the interest of our nation in a time of war, they deserve to be removed from office entirely, and never be elected again ,
( at least not in my lifetime.)
The Iraqi's have taken a step toward freedom today , no thanks to the democrats.

How can a 'Democrat' be so hostile to democracy itself?
How can this Democrat openly pray for the failure and bloodshed of other innocent people that simply want the freedom this 'democrat' obviously regards as worthless?
That the Democrats allow such vermin to post at a site carrying their party's name says so much about what the Democratic Party has become today; a haven for neo-MArxists and wannabe dictators. If they ever took an honest poll of Democrat leaders, Fidel Castro and Chavez probably top the list!
This is why the Democrats lost the last election and why they will continue to unless/until they regain their souls and learn to love freedom and democracy again.
It was JFK who said that we must bear the torch of freedom around the world and the leader of his old opposition sounds more like him than his brother Teddy. And that spirit is more present in the Republican Party today than the Democratic Party, as proven by the fact that Republicanswould never tolerate such a nazi as the original post revealed himself to be to post on a message board that bears their partys name.
Today is a proud day for all Americans and Iraqis that love freedom.
