Update: The Post responds. I've been contacted by the photo editors on the story who have assured me that the model was NOT wearing the dress backward.

Looks like an old piece of wardrobe from one of the original Star Trek episodes...
To: Petronski
Doesn't make it any better IMO.

I still wouldn't let my daughter out of the house in that thing.
Four pair of long overalls. Until she's at least 30.
Just damn.
If you want on the list, FReepmail me. This IS a high-volume PING list...

The Post responds.Yeah, but look at the picture. It's about as obvious as a th on a 1960s typewriter.

It's still skimpy and inappropriate. I thought it was on correctly with what the sluts are wearing these days.

I wouldn't let my daughters wear this, but I would certainly be in favor of a girl I was dating wearing it.
Especially if she had the body for it.

Okay...by turning the dress around they have removed the visible undercleavage, and side cleavage...but a pretty young thing could still fall out of the deep 'v'. Way too much skin showing for a HS prom...
Does anybody else see this style as remeniscent of the old Bob Mackie designs for Cher? Some plumes in her hair, and this chick could break into 'Gypsies, Tramps and Thieves' at any minute...

That model doesn't look sixteen to me. Exactly how big are a sixteen year old's boobs to be filling out that thing anyway?

Oh, I don't know. It could be on correctly,
You can't see the sides on the post picture so I can't really tell.
There weren't any "prom dresses" like that in my day.
"porn dresses" - maybe.

It's nasty either way. That's why I think it's so funny. It's a very slutty dress even when put on properly, so why push the issue by doing it backwards?
Other than all that, it's also a very ugly dress.

Exactly--it looks like something a woman on a 1970s variety show would have worn, so I find it fun in a retro way. But fun for grownups, not high schoolers.
