That's a crock. Why doe sthe average driver still travel 70-75 on California freeways when the speed limit is either 55 or 65?

Why do people in California continue to speed?

Obviously the answer is in the restrictions they've placed on Second Amendment rights.

If it were generally the case in CA that you could anticipate that the next guy was armed, or could be, they'd be much more polite.
