Here's what you can do to show your support of the U.S. and our fine troops in Iraq and elsewhere.

Write letters to the editors of your local papers, starting about a week before the protest, pointing out that for over a year ANSWER's website included the statement that "the anti-war movement here and around the world must give its unconditional support to the Iraqi anti-colonial resistance." They are not anti-war. ANSWER's leaders are Communists disguised as peace protestors.

Find out where their protests are in your area. Get permits (if necessary in your area) to counter-protest their protest. Peaceably assemble adjacent to, but not in, the ANSWER permitted area and hold pro-troop pro-U.S. signs and American flags. Send out press relases via fax and email before your counter-protest, stressing support for the troops and ANSWER's support support for our enemies for the people in Iraq who bomb our troops, kill Iraqi civilians, and behead our civilians. Include the above quote from ANSWER that I mentioned above.

Don't just scream at your TV when the cANSWER (communist ANSWER) scum are on, do something. You're be glad that you did and the republic that you save could be your own.

The best way to deal with these people is to be nonviolent and relentless and well prepared. Use a Hannity type style
and go on offense.

ANSWER, at least so far, hasn't been involved in any of the protests down in my neck of the woods (Dallas/Ft Worth, TX). I suspect the local peace coalitions include too many Jews, and too many in general who support the Palestinian peace process. Of course the "peace" group ANSWER won't let anybody who supports the peace process speak at their rallies. You have to support a one state solution (elimination of Israel) and you have to support the palestinians "right of resistance to occupation" (pro-war/intifada).

It's stunning that the mainstream media (even Fox) lets a pro-war, anti-peace group like ANSWER get away with passing itself off as anti-war.
