Nope. She did not do a single day of time. I did not find out she was behind it until a year later. Until then I had been thinking it was related to a weed deal that went BAD in Mexico where I got shot along with two Mexican Feds (crooked bastards shot by me). When I did find out she had been behind it, I was under federal indictment and looking at a possible 20+ year sentence. I did not think it right for my daughters to have both their parents in jail.

I was sentenced to 13 years but under appeal it was reduced to 60 months. By then I had done 74 months. If not for US vs Apprendi I'd still be locked up. I am not lamenting the time I did. If the Feds had not been under handed in the way they handled my sentencing I would not have cried about it. But my sentencing was very unconstitutional and I sought recourse. Evidence was brought into my sentencing hearing that purposely kept from the jury. I felt I should have sentenced only for what the jury convicted me of. This IS America after all.
