I tried to have an honest discussion over there, but they swore, insulted and finally banned me. I may not be looking at this objectively, so tell me what you think:

man there are a ton of freaks that live up there now. Not only that, but it is strip club heaven these days.....

161 is still a great road though. It goes all across north Columbus and all the way out to just north of my parents house in Pataskala....

Defense Construction Supply Center Columbus...

it was renamed DSCC a few years ago. It is a big DLA hub next to the airport...but its slowly being shut down, at least that is the feeling I am getting...

When I was there, the Continent was going down hill. Still not that bad of an area. Also, they were just finishing that new strech of 161E going to New Albany(I think).

I remember it now. Right down the street from my old place. Had a buddy that worked there as a programmer. Can't remember his name. There was a Jolly Pirate just down the street that had the best coffee in Columbus.

The brewery district is where the fun is....

Never did care for whitehall much.

Brewery district? A bit too close to town for me, but my co-workers swore by it. Besides, last time I was there, I got towed. (2 minutes late. guy had to be sitting there staring at his watch) Two mile walk to the impound lot.(approx.)

doesn't Freep ban people for simply disagreeing with the principal views here? I think, for America's sake, such censorship should end! Shouldn't all opinions be welcome in a forum that is "free" or in a Democracy?

We don't live in a democracy. We live in a representative republic....And this forum fits into neither category!

Can't quite place where Easton is (I should know this), but I heard they're developing as far north as Powell.
