Any recount that is not completed by Dec/7th is not legtimate and has zero effect on the outcome of the Presidency.
I was just reading your thread about this http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1295619/posts. It's really a good post, jveritas, and quite useful. I'm still studying the replies to try to get a handle on the issue. What I don't understand is this: if it's only an academic exercise, why is the Green Party paying for it and why did a Federal Judge agree to it. I'll keep checking your thread and see if I can figure it out.
