I notice that the Dolphin Mall is resurrecting from the Dead. I was really surprised to hear about the imminent death of the Palm Beach Mall. It was really busy during the 90s. Will we one day hear about the death Sawgrass Mills. Oh, and a final benediction:

RIP: 163rd Street Shopping Center. It is now completely DEAD!

163rd Street Mall couldn't survive on selling baggy pants and baby clothes to Haitians. Even the Haitians are going to Aventura Mall these days.

163rd Street mall will most likely be knocked down and replaced with a Home Depot or Best Buy. That's what usually happens to "dead malls."
