Black Box Voting files lawsuit #2: Palm Beach County
(Lawsuit #1 filed by Susan Pynchon of Florida Fair Elections Coalition on Volusia County. )
Today's lawsuit was filed naming Teresa LaPore as defendant, citing her for failure to comply with our public records request of Nov. 2, 2004.
We filed the lawsuit this morning in Palm Beach County, served it per Florida law on LaPore's attorney, but did not want to leave her out. We made a surprise visit to the podium at the Florida State Association of Supervisors of Elections meeting held today in Orlando, where LaPore was being introduced.
We went in through the kitchen, using a reconassaince map provided by a colleague, led by Kathleen Wynne dressed as hired help. The lovely Kathleen, in black jeans and a white polo shirt. Earlier, she had traveled through the route to the back entrance to the supervisor's meeting, nodding to the waiters, "very nice, very nice," she said authoritatively.
Kathleen led me and Andy through the back way without raising so much as an eyebrow, since she looked like hotel staff.
I went onto the podium and introduced myself to the crowd. "I know I'm interupting. This will only take a minute." I turned to LaPore, "Since we can't get your attention any other way, I'm serving you with a courtesy copy of the lawsuit we served on your office this morning."
LaPore glared, turned her back on me, and refused to take the lawsuit, so I set it on the table in front of her.
Andy stood up in front of the crowd of perhaps 200 Florida elections officials.
"This was a courtesy call on Ms. LaPore for failing to produce public records," he said. "For any of you who have not complied, we have more of these coming."
The crowd erupted into deafening shouts, boos, gavel-pounding, and then Kathleen stepped up smack dab in front of the crowd, took a sturdy stance and panned the crowd with her video camera.
"This is what democracy looks like," she said, as the officials scowled and shouted for the sargeant at arms.
Unfortunately, the sargeant at arms was nowhere to be found. (Perhaps imbibing in the Sequoia Voting Systems lounge, just down the hall? We may never know.)
We made haste out the back door, but accidentally tripped a loud screeching alarm.
At this moment we are relaxing with the Internet in a lounge, but we understand that the meeting broke up and people fanned out all over the place to ... I dunno ... capture us?
Do await a small bit of news on Ohio, thanks to Kathleen and cohorts. It will not shake the earth, but we are chip-chip-chipping away.
Be the media
Thanks, all, for your continued support.

full text of lawsuit: you can find it on the Palm Beach County clerk web site under elections lawsuits -- something like pbcountyclerk.com, perhaps someone can look at that link.
I just hope they don't hit on the real cause of this change in MM. That George W Bush had the secret service kidnap him and brainwash/program him to be our new secret weapon against the Democrats!
Ping list please!
ROFLMAO!!
...blackboxvoting.org was just there to MAKE MONEY!!!!!
Their tactics are very reminescent of the bolshevic hoards or Castro's thugs barging in and creating havoc with a legal open meeting!! I expected her to say they rounded up everyone and herded them off to...say,Massachusetts!
Funny stuff. They are eating their own. (pun intended)
Bev really is a piece, isn't she? Seriously, the way she giddily presents the whole matter makes it sound like she was describing about this really cool prank she pulled off against another sorority.
She's laughing all the way to the bank, though. I feel sorry to the DUpes that fund her.
As far as I can tell, the DUmmies are down to 2 heroes - Bev and Keith Olbermann.
How pathetic.
AHEM! I'm a him, NOT a her...unless I had some sort of operation that I don't know about.
I don't know. I've been saying Buku Bucks for years but recently a Freeper asked if I was from Louisiana because I used that term so maybe it if from the French.
This was basically a stunt designed to be captured on camera for the documentary Bev will be marketing. I would like to see the look on Bev's face when she is served a warrant for her arrest for abusing her non-profit organization status because she is making a FOR PROFIT documentary.

176. NO!!! Kerry will get at least 500,000 thousand more votes in a recount, yes that is true a minimum of half a million vote.
Forget about this Florida recount in 2000 where counting 2 million votes twice only netted Gore 600 votes, or this current Washington state recount of over two million vote that netted Gregoire only 100 votes.
Yes forget about these two major recounts and stop posting doom and gloom. Ohio is different, Kerry will get a minimum of half a million extra votes from a recount.
poster: Thank you for the positive! There IS too much gloom, I agree.
righteous1: Read the posting thoroughly and be a bit more rational and not so emotional. I said "it is a mathematical impossibility for JK to win by getting enough votes from provisionals and undervotes" This has nothing to do with machine miscounts, electronic malfunctions or fraud

189. Wake up!
He's not even talking about a potential recount. Merely the provisional ballots. That part is indisputable now, at least to any person with minor math skills.

197. Read the top part
Those things were all said referring to the Ukraine. Above it says "What if the same criteria was applied to Ohio"

198. Do not mention facts man. Facts are BS.
Ukraine is Ohio and Ohio is Ukraine. OK!!!!!
Oui, cher. C'est Francais. :-)
It's beaucoup.
Poor, poor liberals. Their heros are all falling by the wayside.
It's amazing they were ever stupid enough to fall for sKerry, Moore, Kitty Kelley and the rest of the dim delusional morons as heroes in the first place. But they did. Hook, line, sinker, hell, they even took the rod and reel.
Hahaha.
Don't give up on the book PJ. This is important work you're doing here. These folks need more "exposure".
You definitely don't come off as female to me.
Not that there's anything wrong with that.
If you are, in fact, female.
But you're not.
Ping me, please. I can't be "left" out any longer!
Oops! I think some DUmmie perv over in Dummieland painted your fingernails pink when you weren't looking.
Oh, those poor fools--getting FReeped and not knowing it! Their little minds are just going to explode! hahahahaha
