Thomas Jefferson is DEAD. He was from a different time entirely.
Gay Marriage: God will deal with such issues in His own good time, whether He views them as perversions or not, but don't ask that the state be forced to bless such a union.
Abortion: To assume that a human life is not a "person" in the legal sense is to take upon oneself the power of God. Such sin will not be lightly forgiven. We have made that particular mistake in this nation once before and we should never defend it.
Illegal Aliens: Ask the Iroquois that question, sir, and I believe you will have my answer. We survived the trials of this continent. That is all the proof needed of our right to be here, or their's. If it were easy, legal, however, it would not be a worthy question. Those who have braved the trials to arrive here and then dared to succeed, those are the citizens I want for this young nation. Those who get here by chance, whether by gaming the system or by birth, and then expect to be taken care of, I have only contempt.
