If you go to the state totals without NYC Kerry wins the state by 70K. In Pa., without Philly, Bush wins the state by 290K. There's a lot of RED in Blue Land.

Yeah, but the state GOP still has no interest in funding local candidates. We lost 2 State Senate seats this election.
But who cares about our permanent minority status? Patronage jobs for everyone!...Or maybe just Pataki cronies.
