Dems Say Election was "Stolen"

The latest conspiracy theory by dems is that the election (Ohio) was "stolen" via Diebold voting machines. You should read some of the boards, they have gone completely insane over the election loss.

Let it burn in their guts that we stole "another one"

Exactly! The whackier they get, the further to the Michael Moore left they slide, and that's good for us.

The basis of their complaint is that the exit polls, used in other countries to ensure counting is not corrupted by the current government, do not match the "actual" results.
Whereas we have complained that the exit polls were corrupted, they claim the actual counts were.

What I have seen of their analysis looks like it has one huge flaw. The are comparing only early day exit polls. One at 2 PM and one at 4 PM. They don't compare the 7 PM exit polls to the actual results.

What I see of their data shows that the race reported with the big Kerry lead at 2 PM, was becoming close at 4 PM, and . . . as I said, I don't see any 7 PM results on their analyses. Presumably the 7 PM results (meaning all hours of the day averaged, not just up to 2 or 4 PM) show a continued Bush surge to victory and match the final actual reported accounts.

They have a handful of people over there who are rational and point out that no one has provided a linked source for their exit polls quoted, but they get yelled at.

I've been lurking DU since Tuesday and I've never seen such mass lunacy in my life.

One of their favorite topics right now is an increase in Republican turnout and a decrease in Democratic turnout in Floridian counties using optical scan voting. I don't know what the point of this factoid is. I presume that party affiliation isn't a ballot issue and these numbers are recorded when people sign in to vote. But they've convinced themselves that this is highly meaningful.

Those of you who live in south Florida may remember Rhandi Rhodes and her Bush family rantings. She is the without a doubt the most hateful un-American, pro-communist radio host I've ever heard. She puts Al Frankenstein to shame. I have no use for her or her kind. Pres. Bush won the election by majority and they still don't get it. We, in the not-so-silent majority have spoken loudly and clearly! 'W' WINS!!!

Over at the DUmmy place....they have a serious need for ritalin or prozac or maybe they need to pass the weed a bit more after this post

"In order to gain momentum on the stolen election we need MONEY

But screw this $40 donation crap. People like Soros, Streisand, Carl Reiner, etc. need to get this information.

My question is, are we just a bunch of inbred lefties here talking to ourselves? The key isn't to get it to the media from US. The key is to get it to people whom the media CANNOT ignore.

Strategy?"

Strategy?....the lost.....what strategy?

They are getting Ralph Naders help to request recounts in the states where he was on the ballot. He is starting with NH. The DUmmies are paying for the recounts. They said since Kerry refuses to demand recounts, they are going to with the help of Nader. Someone there who has connections has requested Nadars help and he has agreed. Overturning Ohio is their goal but Nadar isn't on the ballot in Ohio so he is requesting recounts in the states he is on the ballot so he can create doubts about other states and then the DUmmies lawyer will start recounts in other states, hoping to overturn the election or at least take away Bush's mandate.

let 'em go. as long as the lost because "it was stolen", and not because "we were wrong", they won't fix the problem.

Maybe we can open a site up where they can contribute money to the "recount effor" ;-) Maybe, a 527 organization where we get all our expenses paid? I still think some rixh democrats used the 527s as a way to launder money around the tax system.

The problem with these people is, not only that they are delusonal, and in major denial, but their despair comes from the fact, that deep down they gotta know the reason for this humiliating defeat is staring at them in the mirror, and they just cant face it!

"How are they different from typical Dems? "

I doubt that they are different. I am acquainted with two types of demos. One is too stupid to understand anything but "Democrats good-Repubs bad". The others, probably more intelligent, do not do their own homework. They blindly accept the party line which essentially is "Dems good-Repubs bad.

Education probably won't help.

Frankly, I want a recount of Wisconsin. With the absantees still to be counted and Bush only trailing by a hair amongst the regular ballots cast, I am convinced Bush won Wisconsin too.

Another thing that ticks me off is the release of those early exit polls. Who was responsible for that? I am sure that cost us at least 500K - 1M votes in the east, especially amongst conservative Californians who don't have much of a reason to go and vote anyway since California is such a left wing hellhole.

Guess the popular vote only matters if the Dem candidate wins it.
