What does this mean? Why does this only need to get to floor? What can be done from this point NON-traditionally?

Right on Schedule, if Bush Won.
The Interesting thing is that EDWARDS didn't wait
for the body to get cold before news comes out that
he wants to be president in 08 ...

Impeachment wasn't an option for the main reason that no one wanted to damage their own career or the democratic party. Everything has changed now.
I guess they are free to damage the democrat party now.

...And they've got to show more passion. They can't merely move further Left, they've got to get angrier.
Yeah, that's the ticket, Dems. Get angry! Get radical!
You'll flip those darned Middle American red states back to blue in no time!

They have to take both Senate and House first to even think about this. Clinton could get impeached because the congress was under Republicans.

Well, impeachment itself may be impossible- under 'traditional' paradigms but bringing up impeachment charges is not. All this takes is one brave Congressman or woman to put it on the floor. Goebbels would be proud. They can't actually get him out of office but they seek to use the media to spin a leadened albotross over the neck of this administration for the next 4 years.
Not gon' do it. Wouldn't be prudent.
The Zogbyism of the left must stop. Deal in FACT.

Prediction:
Cynthia McKinney will sponsor the bill, and Tom DeLay will shoot it down just like the 1994 Assault Weapons Ban renewal.
It'll take all of three seconds, and they'll break for lunch.
