"Unfreaking believable! I've been posting for hours.. I was on here watching as everything went south.
I'm nearly speechless; something isn't right about all of it. They are still hemming and hawing over a few votes in a couple places. Maybe by some miracle, Kerry might squeeze by.
Squeeze by? That's a keeper. Why should he have to squeeze by? When everything you wrote is so obvious...among other domestic atrocities.
What the hell are people thinking in this country to have so many vote for a FASCIST??????????????
I'm pretty pissed off. I've ranted for sometime in here. I'm about to pass out on my keyboard.
Vet, I CAN'T LOOK MY TEENAGE GRANDSON IN THE EYES...what do I tell him about a "great democracy" and helping to get this bastard out of office?? How do I tell him to Love His Country ever again? I fear for our young....and our old. This is such a smack in the face for my family as I'm sure it is in yours.
I'm ready to march for what it's worth. My grandson, sadly, tells me he will GO TO JAIL before he EVER enlists/gets drafted into the service under Bush. Either way, his life is screwed in that respect and for that, I CONDEMN BUSH TO HELL.
I told g.son I was fighting to change this government so he would have a say-so in life. I didn't degrade the military because we need them but my g.son KNOWS that under Bush in the service..he would be simple fodder.
I didn't spend all these years raising him to just give him up to this BLOODTHIRSTY, HEATHEN, "DICK-TATOR" BASTARD!
I'm giving this election fiasco a few more days, then if it doesn't go to Kerry, I'm turning in my Dem card and turning my flag upsidedown again. Got my fingers crossed for a better outcome in a day or two... s to you my friend; we're all STILL in this together ~SB"
HAHA! Yeah, like the geezer's g.son WOULD go in the service. Maybe he FORGOT that it was RANGEL and the DEMS who want the draft started back up!
OUTDSTANDING!
go remind them where the Klan REALLY came from(I love to rub salt into wounnded liberals, don't you?)
Per Drudge...how sweet are these headlines!
NATIONAL
95% of Precincts Reporting
George W. Bush 51% 56,732,387
John Kerry 48% 53,004,905
BUSH BREAKS ALL-TIME POPULAR VOTE TOTAL, SURPASSING REAGAN...
Voters in 10 States Against Gay Marriage...
Clooney dad not headed to Washington...
Excuse me sir, but if you really were God, couldn't you have prevented Bush from winning?
Moore prediction: 20+ years from now many will assume his name was the root of the word "moron".
smirk
adults? - more like hippies who got older but never grew up.
at least g. son is better than babydaddy
*****How do I tell him to Love His Country ever again****
Just like this; "Love your country". Seems simple to me. I would still love my country if Bush hadn't won. The president doesn't make the country great. The country makes great presidents.
Hey man, smoke two reefers and call Daschle in the morning.
Damn it all! I just went back to DU to see if any of them were out on a ledge threatening to jump and learned that they've blocked the site again to non-registered lurkers. I need a crazed, Dem meltdown fix!
True, and my libertarian philosophy is pretty much out of the mainstream at FR (at least during a 'pubbie administration), but I've been around here for years without being banned.
Just wondering if anyone knew if the DU'ers had a way of identifying freepers, that's all.
I haven't posted there in a long time. When I did, it wasn't anything nasty. Remember, libertarians have a lot of common ground with liberals on social issues. We may not like many of the behaviors they advocate (and like to throw in your face), but "there ought to be a law..." is something you don't hear from a libertarian very often when discussing personal behavior and conduct.
I have seen in the past that DU'ers use a lot of vulgar language, they make a lot of threats, they're pretty quick to stamp out (ban) dissenting opinion, and from what I saw in the last few days, they'll be passing out the cyanide-flavored kool-aide pretty soon.
There have been times here when it gets so partisan (republican) that I've gone off to places like DU to get my "fix" of political discussion and debate, but, in my (kind of) neutral opinion, freepers make a much better class of people to debate with.
