Hi, everybody. I've been secure in the notion that President Bush will be reelected next week for at least the past six months for the very reasons listed above. Am I wearing a tin foil hat? Maybe, but I don't think so. I've been talking to some conservative coworkers about my "Hillary Brief" for the past month or so but family life kept getting in the way of putting my thoughts on screen. Late last week, I was challenged to get my tush in gear or the election will be over so I've been jotting some thoughts down and finally got everything organized into a more or less presentable fashion.

Emily will be a year old early next month. The old adage about time flies when you're having fun is definitely true. Thanks to the blessings of many my health is still doing very well (see Joe's Journey for more details if you're interested). If you don't hear anything regarding my health, well, assume no news is good news. I assure you if anything "bad" were to happen regarding my health I will get word to the freepers. Joe (MCM)

I love you MrConfettiMan but ...

The best solution to Hillary's political problems is for Kerry to win and appoint her Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.

So that's what she's working toward.

Kerry is no where near in the same league of slime that the Clinton's are.

Unless she will be content with being appointed to the Supreme Court.

I've given up waiting for an October surprise for our side. It's all I've heard for months.

Joe, my friend! So good to hear from you. And it is obvious that your illness has not slowed you down at all! Great piece of work!

Speculation, yes, but very well-reasoned, IMHO.

If your are right (I think Bush will win without any help from the spawn of Satan), she will be easier to beat in 2008 if we all get to work and clean the voting registration rolls of illegimates, starting like Nov. 3, 2004.

It's time to discuss what every political pundit and newsperson around the country knows is going to happen on Election Day, or at least after the Electoral College meets, but refuses to discuss in public. John Kerry is going to lose the presidential election

Exactly how do you know this? . . . Tho' I would certainly love for this to happen, at this point the polls seem to be all over the place I wouldn't place a buck on who's going to win.

However, what you say about Hillary makes sense. But I don't think the gop should 'rely' on her to carry W to victory just in case this isn't the case. But yes, 2008 is Hillary seemingly only shot to be prez. It'll be an open seat and after 8 years of W/a republican, people will be conducive to a "change." And I'm sure Hillary would much rather be potus than a supreme court justice (which some claim she wants)--she'd love to go down in history as the 1st woman pres., and there's more glory and prestige in that job than on the court.

If Kerry were to win, it'd likely spoil any plan of hers. And if he won re-election, then she'd have to contend with John Edwards, who I'm sure would want to run himself.

Defiantly interesting!

It makes sense, but ............

One thing certain is that Bush will win.

Stuff will come out on Kerry...

Where and how is the question that may not be answered.

If it is not answered, then it will likely be Hillary.

Good article, but using "hillary" and "brief(s)" in the title clouds my perception with a foul odor.

I am sure that you have had your share of tin foil hats over the past couple of years. I think you are right that W will win. I am glad you are doing well too.

Right on the nose!! But, there are some additional nuances. First, Hillie and slime actually selected Kerry for the nomination. And, she picked him because he was weakest before the election and would be weakest after. Those were his only qualifications.

Kerry is a lazy, arrogant elitist with little real ambition and a very poor work ethic. When he loses, he will simply drift away to the things he was doing. All the others would have used even a losing status to lead a crusade. And any other one would have been a competitor in 2008. Kerry won't.

The other key thing for Hillie is to maintain absolute control of the DNC and it's money and scummy resources. If Kerry is elected, he'll replace McAuliffe and may be smart enough to realize the risks (unlike Bush) that every Clintonista represent. When Kerry loses, McAuliffe and all his lying scumbags stay in place, ready to slime for Hillie in 2008. Her VP, BTW, will be Weaselly Clark.

Don't forget Edwards, that disgusting little turd of a plaintiff's lawyer. If Kerry were elected, Edwards would be working to position himself for 2012, blocking Hillie. But, Edwards was selected as Kerry's running mate solely to be a burden. He adds nothing to a nothing guy and was appointed to help drag Kerry down.

However, portions of the electorate are pretty stupid and the left wing media is pulling out all the stops. So, it may not be as automatic as we believe. That is why I believe that there will be an October surprise leak of something Hillie got out of Kerry's secret FBI file. Don't know what it is but don't be too surprised by some revelation. I personally believe he has been married three times and information on one of the weddings, while not completely secret, has been surpressed.

I posted this last month on FR

"The far left aspect of Kerry will not swing the centrist or moderates that are on the fence of every election. It is no secret that they are the key to winning and the ones who have decided every election of the last century. Even the Dem's made note of this fact upon losing the 2000 election. Their statement then was that they must move toward a centrist position to win the next election. Their statements in 2000 supports the fact that John Kerry was never intended to win. The Democrats conceded the election before the 2004 campaign even started by chosing him.

Just look at this leftwing extremist they are running. He has enough negative aspects from the Vietnam war protest alone to knock him out of contention. I thought from the beginning that the objective was to wait and win in 2008 with two terms into 2016 with Hillary Clinton. There is something about this time frame that is appealing to the D's. If Kerry won the 2004 election it would kill Hillary's chance of running because of Kerry's automatic second term shot. Besides "W" hasn't finished cleaning up the playground yet. j"

I think we have seen the writing on the wall........j

Does not matter what Hillary wants...

our MSM wants Bush defeated and he'll

need God Himself to insure he's not

cheated out of a righteous win.

No no. This part doesn't ring true. Because it's the truth. Hitlary is uncomfortable with the truth. Lies are far more useful.

Expect a lie, a slanderous lie. One that can easily be disputed, with a few days honest work.

Kerry his advisors won't have the few days, nor the honest work.

The lie will start to stink, a week later, a week too late.

Then Hitlary gets to blame the VRWC for that lie and the dirty politics and stealing another election.

This will serve as another gallon of lighter fluid, to ignite her base in four years, and another smoke bomb, to cover up their vastly dirtier politics.

I believe Hillery and her people do not want Kerry elected for the reasons you state. Her machine is going to drive for her presidency in 2008. She will do this in any case and the ground work is being laid now.

One particularly gruesome scenario is if Bill realizes his goal and becomes the Secretary General of the UN.

Either way, I believe Hillery will also lose in 2008.

Having said that, I believe that Kerry will lose on November 2nd in any case as well.

HERE's MY PREDICTION - BUSH 320, Kerry 218
