The Ecconomic and Social Terrorism of the Illegal Alien

With every illegal immigrant there is a cause and effect that is largely ignored because of extreme complexities in an ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT LIFE CYCLE. Within this life cycle you're going to find that Identity Theft and Identity Fraud are the primary catalyst.

In a nutshell, here it is:

An Illegal Immigrant enters the US by one of five ways:

1. NIV/Laser Visa - Misrepresenting themselves as a legitimate visitor for pleasure business. When, in fact, they have other intentions.

2. EWI

3. Impostor

4. Oral/Documented False Claim

5. Counterfeit/Altered Documents - Photosubs, too.

****In our experience, we have found that the majority are in the first two Laser Visas and EWI. A significant percentage are Laser Visa holders and over 50% of all illegal aliens are overstays.

Once they enter the US they will travel to a destination that has a high density of illegal aliens. They will be sponsored by individuals who have learned the tricks of the trade. Generally, these will be either a relative or friend who is here illegally. In many, cases they don't care who they teach our vulnerabilities too-for a price of course (Herberto Villalobos and the 911 Hijackers in Virginia).

To survive they will commit one of three frauds:

1. Documented False Claim -- By assuming the identity of a US Citizen.

2. Counterfeit Documents - Usually, a CFT I-551 or Temp, and SSN.

3. Impostor to an H2B, I-551, etc.

There is ALWAYS a severe impact and disruption to the quality of life a real person in the US; to Gov't agencies who spend (b/m)illions correcting records.

Over the life cycle the illegal immigrant will travel internationally using one of the five previously mentioned ways (by the way the life cycle doesn't always end when WE [and only we] catch them). You guessed it the most common is the Laser Visa. Non-Immigrants misrepresenting themselves as legitimate travelers. Their primary objective is to blend in with legitimate traffic and pose as one.

So where is the economic impact?

We touched on part of it with the correction of records, but get this. Every illegal alien belongs to a traditional family unit and during this life cycle they get lonely. So, they import the wife. Immediately, they find how profitable it is to have USC children. This means that they will have entitlement to food stamps, public housing, Medicaid, health care, and other FREE public benefits that exist due to tax payers. The fraud in every case is very extreme and extensive.

In many cases, they will claim that they are single mothers and trying to raise their children on their own. When in fact, they are a complete family unit and the father is gainfully employed by committing one of the big three frauds. Want evidence, I have plenty.

Here's one that you can confirm. See how many times you intercept a female intended immigrant (illegal immigrant) and find that she has a USC child. Ask her who paid for the child to be born and who pays the food and medical bills. They have this down to a "T" and they teach each other. Here's another one, check the Resident Alien females that proudly present their children's birth certificate during the inspection. First compare the date of birth to the date that THEY ACTUALLY BECAME a resident alien. Then, see what hospital they were born at-a General Hospital that caters to illegal immigrants and pursues (aggressively) MEDICAID as a source of payment.

Do you want to lose some more sleep?

Things get worst. In the end, the illegal alien parents are rewarded by being granted IR-5. Don't forget that those USC children will be able to immigrate their mother and father at age 21. This is despite all the fraud that was committed through the illegal immigrant life cycle. If you add up the penalties for these unenforced crimes we're talking 100+ years and about $100k in fines. Instead they get the ultimate reward.

Warning: you may not sleep for a week if you read the following.

Since they are now IR-5 status, and will be considered low-income, under the poverty level, they will be entitled to the following:

1. SSI - This is a benefit for the Aged & Disabled administered through the Federal Gov't via SSA. I have went round and round with some officials about this one and I won. You see, on 8/22/96 a law was passed prohibiting IR-5's and spouses to have at least 40 quarters to be able to qualify. Although, the intentions were good they didn't consider something. The majority of these illegal aliens were already here living for years, and worked under someone's SSN. Through law, they are ENTITLED to those earnings under the SSN record. Not only will they qualify for SSI, but other benefits as well. Wait till you read number

2. SSA Aged and Retired. Yes, you will be competing against these folks when we retire.

3. Medicaid and other Public Benefits. Generally, Medicaid is a given when a person gets SSI.

This is an extreme, brief version of the entire problem. But, I think that you guys get my point. Anyone that wants more detail just let me know.

Just a follow up, we had a Terrorism Conference and one of the speakers was from Social Security. He stated their are only 350 investigators looking at fraud. He also stated Billions are spent on SSI entitlements monthly, thus if only 1-3% are based on fraud (Illegal Aliens) our government is spending Billions annually for those fraudulent claims..... HMMM???? Also I wonder if we do get a temp worker program if Starving people in Africa, Balkan States, Europe etc will be elligible for those spots???? Most Laughed then, but Pat Buchanan said during the last election, the US needs a 2 year moratorium on Immigration until we fix it... Wow what a novel idea...
