Drudge gives the link to smokinggun document of the charges against O'Reilly. O'R makes Clinton look like a choirboy. What a freakin' dirty old man!
She was dumb for going to CNN.
I agree on all points. If this is true, he's a sicko. Regardless, this woman left and came back to work for him, knowing he was like this. I think she was looking to solidify a lawsuit. No excuse for him...he allegedly gave her all the ammo she needed.

Don't know if I'm the only one that remembers this or not---but last spring Hannity hinted at knowing something about a fellow radio talk show host that could bring him down---some deep, dark secret he said would shock us. Someone had given Hannity the info because this other host had said what had been perceived as derrogatory things about Sean in the past. But Sean declined to elaborate. I thought at the time it was probably O'Blowhard---and it looks like I was right.
FOX has an excellent legal team. Lord knows, they get sued often enough for everything under the sun.
But I notice that O'Reilly is listed as an "independent contractor". Maybe FOX will hang him out to dry. No doubt he carries personal liability insurance in a large amount. Maybe the girl knows this, having worked so closely with him.
Whatever! Just another media skank and skankess.
Now if it was Sean Hannity, I would really really be disillusioned.
I've been watching the O'R for years. He appears to have increasing meglomania, and the quotes about m******ating and the come-on's about dinner are typical of the harasser profile.
But Fox management are also defendants in this. How can she get away with that if she never told any of the higher ups this was going on? Is she claiming they should have known?
I believe the woman too...because I am a woman and I know this crap happens (happened to me)...and believe me guys, you can't do much about it. Go to superiors? Unless you have tapes or others witnessed it, it is your word against theirs. So when I hear of a lawsuit, or any type of action, drawing on my own history, I just believe that that woman has had enough and has the evidence to prove it. The fact that O'Reilly is 55 and obviously has a much younger (read pregnant) wife, makes the it all the more predatory, and increases the 'ick' factor all the more for me. O'Reilly seems the type who would talk like this...just my spin.
If it were true, then I would have recorded the phone conversations. If she was repeatedly harrased, it would be easy to prove. This is going to be short and sweet. Either she has proof, or it is rediculous.
I'll wait to hear the tapes...

She supposedly has tapes. He apparently left messages on her answering machine. I wonder if she'll give the tapes to CNN to break this wide open.
Well, if the tapes say, "Lets meet for dinner" I don't think thats all that bad. If they have heavy breathing and chicken choking on it, Pay the lady!

Is it illegal in NY to record someone without their knowledege or consent? It is in some states. Not sure about NY. It may be tossed out.
How on earth will O'Reilly pontificate about how you and I should lead "moral" lives while 500 websites will have the tape of him talking about what he wanted to do with this woman?
Good grief! If true, BO needs to get rid of the phone sex hangup. I'll bet if she agreed to be "with" him, he would run away as fast as he could. He is cheap!!
