The Global Test-

Dear World Leader- America desires to protect itself from an impending threat. Please answer the following questions to determine if they will be allowed to do so.

All Questions are true or false:

1. America Sucks?
2. They Deserve What they Get?
3. Terrorists are Terrorists when they attack us, Freedom Fighters when they attack America?
4. A good bldy blow to America's economy would help Marxists and Socialits everywhere?
5. America is not secular enough. They need a few hundred years of forced Muslim Theocracy to show them the dangers of religion?
6. If America didn't exist, There would be more resources for my country with which I can buy another dozen palaces and a gold plated Rolls Royce?
7. Considering your answers to #1-6 above, Should America Be allowed to defend itself?

This was Kerry's biggest mistake in the debates...consistently insisting he would not seek a permission slip to go to war, but then stating that we need to pass the "global test" before going to war.

I don't know about the rest of you...but that sounds like a permission slip to me...

A Global Test is the process of taking a national security issue to the UN, so that body can bat it around for a few months or years in order to give your security threat time to shake down, arm and prepare.

I'm glad you got nervous about the global test, do a search on that phrase and you will find that lots of people are right there with you. Global test is the next phrase that will haunt Kerry.

Just to be fair, I don't think it is a stretch to say that Kerry's global test for US foreign policy is matched by Bush's global test for US trade and immigration policy.
